The Crescent House is located at 312 Crescent St SE in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

This retreat home was built in 1909. This home has 5 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, a large dine-in kitchen and seperate spacious crafting/work area. The living room features cozy seating areas around a fireplace. Enjoy time outside on our screened in porch or around the firepit area in the backyard. The basement area can be used for massage therapy, yoga or a quiet retreat area. Wifi is provided.

Groups can be up to 17 for overnight stay and there is no minimum.

Weekends - Friday 1:00 pm - Sunday at 3:00 pm is $1700. Each additional night is $275. We require half down to secure your dates at the time of booking. The remainder is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
